This page enables the users to start the Self Sign-up by filling up the required information and setting up their credentials.

Rules & Guidelines
- All fields are mandatory.

If a user registers with an email address used before, a message will be displayed saying, "Your email your.email@ngahr.com has already been used to register with Moorepay. Login here or register with a new email address."
- Passwords must match. If they do not match, a validation message is displayed advising the user that passwords must match. Additionally, passwords must be a mix of letters (one upper character and one lower character), and digits (at least two numbers) with a length of 8-10 characters. Lastly, it cannot contain consecutive letter o number.

For users who have already registered, a hyperlink on the lower part of the page is provided to direct to the Login page.

A check box for users who are registering on someone else's behalf is provided on the lower part of the page.

If the Company Name entered already exists but a different email address is used, once the Next button is clicked, a warning message is displayed to notify users that the company has already been set up. An option to continue or cancel is provided alongside the warning message.
This page allows the users to choose which flavour and type of payroll service they would like to have.

Rules & Guidelines
- Users may only select one of the two options available.
- The Next button is enabled once the user has selected a flavour.
- Managed Payroll involves Payroll Experts dedicated to run the client's Payroll on their behalf. They take care of the whole payroll operation, data input, processing, printing, distribution and reporting, thus managing all payroll-related tasks and removing the entire payroll burden from clients.
- Payroll Software gives clients the total control on their Payroll with the full external support from Payroll Experts. Clients have the freedom on data input and processing, and can check results and re-run processes as often as they wish obtaining all benefits of an in-house payroll solution.
This page displays the choices for HR Selection, and is the last step to completing the Self Sign-up.

Rules & Guidelines
- Select one from the three options available.
- Essential HR is the basic package which contains all HR functionality small businesses likely need.
- Expert HR is the package suited for larger businesses. This contains additional features and functionality for Safety and Performance Management, and is ideal for businesses with a bigger workplace.
- Advanced HR is the comprehensive solution appropriate for large organizations or for mature HR Departments. This package also includes Talent Management, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Health & Safety. This contains in-depth support across all areas of HR at a fraction of the cost for traditional HR Software vendors.
- After this final selection, the process is completed, and a database is created taking into account the flavour chosen and the Payroll Service selected. An email containing the Username and Password is sent.
